Sales Manager- Sales and Business Development

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • The salesperson will strive to meet monthly sales targets, follow up on leads, contact prospects, and guide clients around the site.
    • Accountable for the sales and marketing of the residential project across various channels.
    • Engaging with leads, negotiating commercial terms, and finalizing sales transactions.
    • Building connections with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and other potential buyers for project marketing and sales.
    • Developing and executing strategies for new project launches, focusing on marketing and sales planning.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with all distribution partners.
    • Providing insights on design, cost analysis, vendor selection feedback for senior management, and coordinating the overall planning process.
    • Managing the post-sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Fostering a dynamic work environment that promotes growth and development.
    • Encouraging high performance and motivation among team members.
    • Facilitating negotiation processes, advising clients on market trends, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and ensuring transparent and ethical transactions.
    • Graduate/MBA with a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience with a reputed developer or channel partner.
    Eligibility
    • Extensive experience in sales and business development.
    • Strong skills in negotiation, networking, and communication.
    • Must uphold the highest ethical standards.
